Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
Manage and lead the sales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including project leads and key accounts.
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to support sales initiatives and product promotion.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting through CRM tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
08 -10 years
of proven sales experience, with at least
3 years in a managerial role
within the architectural or construction product sector.
