Prozone Properties LLC is looking for a

Sales Floor Manager / HR

to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:



? Lead and manage the sales floor operations.

? Guide and motivate the property consultants to achieve targets.

? Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.

? Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

? Coordinate with management to drive business growth.

Requirements:



? Experience in

real estate sales management

in Dubai.

? Strong HR knowledge and ability to handle recruitment and team development.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? RERA certification is a plus.
