Automotive Floor Manager

Job Description
The Automotive Floor Manager oversees day-to-day operations on the showroom or service floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience, optimize productivity, and drive sales or service performance. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflow, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Floor (if applicable):Supervise sales consultants on the floor to ensure consistent customer engagement and high performance. Assist in closing deals and handling customer objections. Maintain an active presence on the showroom floor to support staff and answer customer questions. Monitor sales goals and provide coaching or motivation to team members. Ensure proper merchandising and display of inventory. Handle escalated customer concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
Service Floor (if applicable):
Oversee service advisors and technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs and excellent customer communication. Manage the workflow of vehicles through the service department. Support service advisors with customer interactions and estimates when needed. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained on the service floor. Monitor parts availability and repair timelines to reduce delays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
