Job Summary:
The Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities within the lounge to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers. This includes maintaining order and cleanliness, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided. The supervisor also coordinates between different departments to ensure efficient and professional workflow.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Follow up on customer needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Supervise the lounge team (cleaners, cashiers, etc.).
- Organize workflow within the lounge and ensure smooth and prompt service.
- Monitor the cleanliness and setup of the lounge according to company standards.
- Handle customer complaints quickly and positively.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented within the lounge.
- Submit daily or weekly reports on operations and observations to management.
- Assist in training new staff in service and hospitality standards.
- Monitor stock levels in the lounge (e.g., service tools or consumables) and request supplies as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in supervision or customer service, preferably in sales.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in computer use and POS systems
- Basic knowledge of safety and general hygiene standards
