Arabic-speaking Sales Executive
French language proficiency is a plus. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in Dubai.
Manage client inquiries and conduct property presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and investors.
Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience
in Dubai real estate, specifically in developer sales.
Existing network of
brokers, agencies, or active investor contacts
is highly preferred.
Excellent
presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a
target-driven
environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
