Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and market trends Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors Negotiate and close property sales and leasing deals in a professional and ethical manner Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including new developments and regulatory changes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage
