Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead and drive sales performance across both primary (off-plan) and secondary (resale & leasing) markets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for primary and secondary real estate markets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate brokers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key clients
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Ensure team targets, KPIs, and revenue goals are met
  • Support brokers in negotiations and deal closures
