We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team in the

waste management sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting waste management solutions--including collection, recycling, and disposal services--to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors (e.g., construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, etc.). Promote and sell the company's waste management services, including general waste, recycling, hazardous waste, and sustainability solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits and assessments to recommend suitable waste management solutions. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision-makers. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or facilities management. Strong understanding of waste handling processes, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid UAE driving license (if applicable). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
