. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our specialized services across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for taxation and management consultancy services within the UAE.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, UAE tax laws, corporate tax, and VAT regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Prepare, present, and negotiate compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of
3 years' proven sales experience
in the service industry, preferably within taxation, accounting, or management consultancy.
Strong understanding of UAE tax frameworks, including corporate tax and VAT regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
