Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to potential clients. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels. Conduct property tours, presentations, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for sales campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

real estate sales

within the UAE (developer or brokerage background preferred).

Chinese or Russian language proficiency

is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Presentable, proactive, and target-driven. Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary:

Up to AED 4,000

Transport provided
