We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. If you have a deep understanding of the JVC market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on sales and leasing within the JVC area.
Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and property portals.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably with a focus on JVC.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations.
