Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying/selling process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property listings, and legal regulations
Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
UAE driving license and own car preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
