Role Summary
We are seeking a
Sales Executive
with strong communication and closing skills to promote our investment projects, manage client calls, and convert leads into successful investors.
You will be part of a fast-growing organization that rewards performance and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound investor calls professionally (warm & cold calls)
Present project investment opportunities with confidence and clarity
Build strong client relationships and maintain CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and management for lead conversions
Report daily activity and maintain performance tracking sheets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in
real estate / investment / call-center sales
Strong English communication; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
Target-oriented and confident on the phone
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Ajman
Familiarity with
CRM systems
or
AI tools (ChatGPT, Zoho, etc.)
is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
AED 1,200 - 1,500 per month
