Sales Executive
to join our expanding team.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects developed by Baron Prime.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales
within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
UAE driving license and own car preferred.
