Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming property projects.
Conduct property viewings and present offerings to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate sales agreements in line with company policies and guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Keep management informed with regular sales activity reports and market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and documentation support.
Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities in the UAE.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Presentable and professional appearance.
