We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive - Real Estate
with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers or investors
Understand client needs and provide appropriate property options
Close deals and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively
Requirements:
1-3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
