Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks. Provide agencies with marketing materials, assist in site visits, and address client inquiries. Develop sales strategies and participate in exhibitions and networking events to promote off-plan projects. Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities to provide market insights. Achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels and prepare performance reports. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and assist agencies with contract documentation.
Key Requirements

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in real estate sales. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
oFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
