Position Overview:

Bin Arbaid Real Estate company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our real estate offerings to prospective buyers and investors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Present and promote Bin Arbaid Real Estate's property portfolio to prospective clients effectively. Conduct property viewings and explain features, benefits, and investment opportunities. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to nurture relationships. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitors' activities in Qatar. Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Attend networking events and industry seminars to expand professional contacts.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or related sales roles within Qatar or the Gulf region. Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
