Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.
Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience

real estate development sales

Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
