Job Description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate has been a leading name in the Ajman real estate market since 2002. With a diverse portfolio of properties, including plots, villas, and residential/commercial buildings, we are dedicated to providing outstanding real estate solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots, and villas). Build client relationships, and conduct property viewings. Provide clients with accurate and updated information about available properties. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Work with the marketing team to maximize property exposure. Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Minimum

1-2 years of UAE real estate sales experience

. Valid

UAE driving license

(required). Fluency in

Arabic

(verbal and written); English and Urdu are an advantage. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:



Experience using CRM systems Knowledge of UAE's real estate market and relevant regulations. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

UAE REAL ESTATE: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE driving license (Preferred)
