We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a passion for property, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants
Negotiate and close residential and commercial property transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings and support marketing campaigns
Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and follow up effectively
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
