As a Sales Executive in Real Estate, you'll be the face of the company--connecting clients with properties that match their needs and aspirations. You'll drive sales, build relationships, and help shape the future of real estate in Abu Dhabi's fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants
Negotiate deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property laws, market trends, and investment zones
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings and generate leads
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's property market and legal framework
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
