Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products. This role demands a proactive professional with a proven track record in the construction industry and excellent relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt communication and exceptional service. Prepare and present professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination:

Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Possession of a valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
