Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Female Sales Executive
to join our team in
Al Quoz, Dubai
, specializing in
project sales
across the construction, architectural products, and interior fit-out sectors. This is a
target-driven B2B sales role
ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the UAE project lifecycle, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive revenue through proactive client engagement.

A valid UAE driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new
project-based business opportunities
in the construction and interior fit-out sectors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
consultants, architects, developers, and contractors
.
Conduct
client meetings, site visits
, and professional presentations to promote relevant products or services.
Manage the
sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
, including responding to RFQs, tenders, and technical submissions.
Collaborate with internal
design, estimation, and technical teams
to develop tailored proposals and pricing.
Track and maintain a healthy
sales pipeline
using CRM tools for accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
aligned with business goals.
Represent the company at
industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
to boost visibility and engagement.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
2-4 years of
project sales experience
within the UAE, preferably in
construction, fit-out, or architectural/building materials
