This role demands strong business development skills, client relationship management, and a thorough understanding of project sales cycles. A valid UAE driving license is preferred, as site visits and client meetings are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, architecture, and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
Engage with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers to generate qualified project leads.
Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations addressing client requirements.
Manage and follow up on RFQs, tenders, and project proposals from initiation through to closure.
Maintain an up-to-date project pipeline and CRM database for accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate closely with estimation, technical, and design teams to develop customized and competitive proposals.
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at site meetings, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of project sales experience in the UAE construction, fit-out, or architectural products industry.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client management capabilities and proven relationship-building skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
