The ideal candidate should have a strong network with consultants, architects, and contractors and experience managing large-scale project sales in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads in target sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and interior designers.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to understand project requirements.
Prepare and present quotations, BOQs, and proposals based on project specifications.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business.
Coordinate internally with design, technical, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain and update CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project sales in the UAE or GCC.
Strong understanding of the construction/interior fit-out project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, confident, and presentable, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
