Job Overview
We are hiring a
Female Sales Executive
with proven experience in
project sales
within the
construction, fit-out, or architectural products sector
. Based in our Al Quoz office, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving sales growth across the UAE. This is a target-driven role suited for someone with a passion for B2B sales and a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architecture, and interior fit-out projects.
Meet with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers to generate project leads.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Follow up on project leads, RFQs, and tenders from concept to closure.
Maintain a strong project pipeline and CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with estimation, technical, and design teams to create customized proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend site meetings, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in
project-based sales
within the UAE construction or fit-out industry.
UAE driving license is
preferred
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
