We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products. This role requires a proactive professional with a proven track record in the construction industry and strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market. Promote and sell company products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt communication and superior customer service. Prepare and present professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the

building materials or construction industry

(preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently. Proficient in

CRM systems

and

MS Office Suite

. Possession of a

valid UAE driver's license

and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
