Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in listing premium food brands, especially eggs or chilled products, in high-end supermarkets and modern trade outlets in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and approach category buyers in top retail groups (e.g., Spinneys, Choithrams, Waitrose, Carrefour, Union Coop).
- Secure listings for premium egg SKUs across targeted supermarket chains.
- Negotiation and Deal-Making
- Negotiate listing fees, promotions, and shelf visibility deals.
- In-Store Marketing
- Develop and manage in-store marketing and sampling campaigns.
- Sales Performance
- Track sales performance and ensure stock availability.
- Logistics and Supply Chain
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modern trade/retail sales in the UAE food industry.
- Experience with eggs, dairy, or chilled products is preferred.
- Strong network with supermarket procurement teams.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE driving license is a must.
