The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
consultative selling

interior or construction project workflows
, and the ability to close high value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert high-value client inquiries from various marketing channels.
Conduct detailed client consultations and build strong professional relationships.
Prepare and present tailored proposals with a focus on value and quality.
Follow up with leads systematically and close deals to meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
high-ticket or B2C/B2B service sales
(preferably interiors, real estate, or fit-out).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, well-presented, and comfortable dealing with premium clients.
UAE experience and valid driving license are a plus.
Compensation:
Base salary (depending on experience)
Attractive commissions on closed projects
