We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager - HORECA with a strong background in dealing with luxury and five-star hotels across Dubai. The role involves introducing our premium eggs brand to executive chefs, purchasing departments, and food & beverage managers in leading hospitality chains. The ideal candidate must already have access to key decision-makers and be capable of arranging high-level meetings for company officials.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach purchase managers, chefs, and F&B heads in 4-star and 5-star hotels.
Secure meetings and presentations for senior company officials.
Develop long-term relationships with key hospitality clients and luxury hotel groups.
Create and implement a sales pipeline for egg and chilled product listings in hotel kitchens.
Gather market intelligence and competitor activity reports in the HORECA sector.
Represent the company in a professional manner during appointments and food trials.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of proven HORECA sales experience in Dubai.
Strong existing network with purchase managers, chefs, and hotel procurement departments.
Preferable background in eggs, dairy, chilled, or perishable food categories.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
UAE driving license required.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
