This role demands strong communication skills, field sales expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers in both B2B and B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of
premium brand tools
to customers through outdoor/field sales activities.
Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (e.g., construction, automotive, industrial, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through in-person presentations and product trials.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications and industry trends.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience
in outdoor sales, preferably with
premium brands/tools or equipment
.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license (or applicable based on location).
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
