Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dental and dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, and providing accurate information regarding treatments and services. A strong understanding of both dental and dermatology procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for dental and dermatology treatments. Provide accurate information about the clinic's services, doctors, availability, and treatment procedures. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Make follow-up calls for appointment reminders, pending payments, and patient feedback. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic offers, promotions, and new procedures. Accurately input and update patient information in the clinic management system. Coordinate with reception, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth workflow and minimize scheduling conflicts. Ensure confidentiality of patient records and comply with data protection regulations. Handle WhatsApp, email, and chat inquiries professionally when required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical or clinic setting. Familiarity with dental and dermatology treatments (e.g., scaling, veneers, PRP, laser, Botox, fillers, etc.). Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using clinic software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
