We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven Patient Coordinator who is passionate about customer service and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries in-person and over the phone
Promote services through cross-selling and telemarketing
Create and post engaging content on Instagram Stories and social media platforms
Respond to messages and comments across channels
Coordinate with departments for appointments and promotions
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments
Requirements:
Strong communication and sales skills
Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
Confidence in telemarketing and upselling services
Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
Fluent in Arabic and English
