Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Sales Executive / Service Coordinator(Kitchen Equipment & Spare parts field preferred)

to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can drive sales growth while ensuring seamless coordination of services for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Service Coordination Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams. Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution. Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and feedback. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field. Proven experience in sales, service coordination, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude. UAE Driving license is a must. Team work and coordination.
