We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Patient Coordinator to join our cosmetic clinic. This key role serves as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their aesthetic journey -- from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up -- while also driving sales performance and revenue growth. --- Key Responsibilities: Patient Coordination: Welcome clients with a professional and friendly attitude. Manage appointment scheduling and treatment planning. Provide detailed information on available cosmetic treatments and services. Assist patients with forms, consent, pre- and post-procedure instructions. Ensure smooth patient flow and experience throughout their clinic visit. Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and maintain loyalty. Sales and Conversion: Promote and upsell treatments, skincare packages, and services. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and booking targets. Convert inquiries (phone, walk-in, online) into consultations and sales. Maintain a deep understanding of all aesthetic services offered to confidently guide patients. Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge. Administrative and CRM Duties: Maintain accurate patient records using clinic software. Input and track leads, follow-ups, and treatment plans. Handle payment processing and support finance-related inquiries. Prepare weekly and monthly performance and conversion reports. --- Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination (preferably in cosmetic, medical, or spa industries). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Confidence in discussing cosmetic procedures and building client trust. Fluent in English; [Arabic or other languages] is a plus. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM or clinic management software. --- Preferred Qualifications: Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry. Knowledge of treatments such as Botox, fillers, lasers, PRP, etc.
