Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard new property owners for holiday home listings.
Promote company services and explain revenue potential to homeowners.
Conduct property visits, meetings, and presentations to secure contracts.
Manage leads from multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, property portals).
Build strong relationships with owners and ensure long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding, cleaning, and listing setup.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with property owners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Keep up-to-date with Dubai's short-term rental market and DTCM regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years' experience
in holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Property Finder, Bayut
is an advantage.
Ability to handle field visits and meet property owners.
Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Immediate joiners are an advantage.
