We are seeking a driven and strategic

Sales Executive

to lead revenue generation and client acquisition for our portfolio of holiday homes. You will develop partnerships, drive direct bookings, and oversee sales channels to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.

Responsibilities



Proactively reach out to corporate clients, travel agencies, and digital nomads. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize and achieve monthly occupancy and annual revenue targets for our holiday home properties. Develop strategies to attract direct bookings and cultivate a loyal guest base for our properties. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, investors, and key partners. Pitch our holiday home management services to prospective property owners, highlighting our value proposition. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new properties for management and attracting high-value individual and corporate clients. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to boost visibility Conduct and analyze market and competitor trends, pricing strategies, and guest segments to identify opportunities for growth within the Dubai holiday homes sector. Prepare detailed sales performance reports and forecasts for the management information and review.

Requirements



Proven Sales Track Record:

1-2 years in real estate, hospitality, or travel sales.

Communication Pro:

Persuasive, articulate, and able to tailor your pitch to diverse audiences.

Local Market Savvy:

Understanding of Dubai's key residential and tourism hotspots.

Multilingual Advantage:

English fluency required; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Self-Starter Attitude:

Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and eager to learn.
