We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Executive - IT Sales (Hospitality & Holiday Homes)
to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT solutions tailored specifically for the hospitality industry, including hotels, serviced apartments, and holiday home operators.
Our solutions may include Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Booking Engines, Guest Experience Platforms, Smart Automation, and other tech services designed to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, industry insight, and strong sales acumen to identify client needs, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality and holiday homes sector (B2B focus)
Promote and sell a portfolio of IT solutions such as PMS, booking engines, smart home integrations, and guest service platforms
Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations with decision-makers
Understand client operational challenges and recommend appropriate IT solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, general managers, and operations teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and technological advancements in hospitality tech
Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on the hospitality, property management, or holiday homes sectors
Strong understanding of hospitality technology, PMS, and short-term rental platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, or French) are a plus
UAE Driving License
