We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented
Sales Executive - Holiday Homes
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling short-term rental properties (holiday homes) to investors, homeowners, and tenants, as well as onboarding new units into the company's portfolio.
You will play a key role in expanding our holiday homes inventory, generating leads, converting sales, and building long-term client relationships. A strong understanding of the UAE real estate and tourism market is essential, along with a passion for customer service and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
Pitch holiday home investment opportunities to potential clients (property owners and investors)
Present and promote the company's property management services and holiday home solutions
Convert leads into signed holiday home units under management
Educate clients on the benefits of short-term rentals versus long-term leasing
Conduct market research and stay updated on tourism trends and competitor offerings
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate clients
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful property onboarding
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and market activity
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or holiday home sales
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially in short-term rentals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
UAE Driving License and own car
