This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Holiday Homes based in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling holiday home services, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
Knowledge of Property Management and the Holiday Homes market
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Customer Service orientation and ability to manage client relationships effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure
Previous experience in real estate or hospitality is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
