WYZ Rent Holiday Homes LLC is a licensed and rapidly growing property management company in Dubai, specialising in short-term rental (STR) management across prime locations. We are expanding our team and hiring
three (3) Unit Acquisition Specialists
to support the continuous growth of our STR portfolio.
These roles are ideal for motivated individuals with strong networking skills, fluency in Arabic, and solid knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape.
Role Overview
The Unit Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing new short-term rental units, building relationships with property owners and agents, and converting leads into signed management agreements.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to present WYZ Rent professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to bring new STR units into the WYZ Rent portfolio.
Present WYZ Rent's services and value proposition to potential clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and agents across Dubai.
Convert qualified leads into signed agreements.
Negotiate terms and support the onboarding of newly acquired units.
Work towards monthly acquisition targets.
Coordinate with internal departments during onboarding and activation of new properties.
Requirements
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Experience in unit acquisitions in holiday homes, sales, or Dubai real estate is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good understanding of Dubai's property market and major communities.
Salary & Commission Structure:
AED 4,000 - 6,000
