Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and bids for FM contracts.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
- 2+ years of sales experience in Facilities Management or related industry.
- Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
