Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented
Sales Executive - Curtains & Blinds
to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, furnishings, or architectural interiors, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. This role involves managing client consultations, conducting site visits, and delivering customized window treatment solutions. A
valid UAE driver's license
is mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through client outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and measure window dimensions.
Recommend curtain and blind solutions tailored to each project's functional and design goals.
Consultative Selling
Present various curtain/blind options, including manual and motorized systems, fabric types, and control mechanisms.
Provide clients with knowledgeable advice, building trust through a consultative sales approach.
Quotation & Sales Management
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on site requirements and client selections.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales efficiently while maintaining profit margins.
Project Coordination
Liaise with in-house designers, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project status, address site challenges, and uphold quality control standards.
Market & Trend Awareness
Stay updated on interior design trends, window treatment innovations, and fabric developments.
Share client feedback and market insights with the management team to inform future offerings.
Candidate RequirementsExperience
2-5 years of sales experience in curtains, blinds, interior design, or home decor sectors in the UAE or GCC.
License
Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable with frequent site visits.
Product Knowledge
Strong understanding of curtain/blind types (e.g., roller, Roman, blackout), fabric qualities, and installation techniques.
Sales & Communication Skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
