Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our growing
Curtains & Blinds Division
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior solutions and a passion for delivering high-quality, tailored window treatment services. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle--from initial consultation and product recommendation to closing the sale and coordinating with internal teams for delivery and installation. A
valid UAE driving license
is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
residential, commercial, and hospitality
sectors.
Build a robust pipeline through client referrals, cold calling, industry networking, and showroom inquiries.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client requirements and take accurate measurements.
Understand both the
aesthetic and functional
goals of the client to propose the most suitable solutions.
Consultative Selling
Recommend window treatment options such as
manual and motorized curtains/blinds
, fabric types, and track systems.
Deliver compelling product presentations and build lasting client relationships through solution-based selling.
Quotation & Sales Management
Prepare professional
proposals, BOQs, and quotations
, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Follow up on offers, negotiate terms, and
close sales effectively
while maintaining profitability.
Project Coordination
Work closely with internal
designers, procurement, and installation
teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project execution.
Monitor the progress of each order and address any issues that arise during production or installation.
Market Awareness
Stay updated with the latest
trends in fabric selection, automation technology, and design aesthetics
.
Provide valuable market insights and client feedback to the management team to refine offerings and strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2-5 years of proven sales experience in curtains, blinds, interior fit-out, or home decor products.
License:
Valid UAE
driving license
is mandatory.
Product Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of curtain/blind systems, fabric classifications, mechanisms, and installation techniques.
Sales Skills:
Strong ability to
present, persuade, and close deals
in a competitive market.
Communication:
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professionalism:
Presentable, organized, and client-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
Independence:
Self-motivated and capable of managing appointments, follow-ups, and internal coordination independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
