Key Responsibilities:Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Build a strong pipeline through referrals, client outreach, and industry networking.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
Conduct on-site consultations to assess requirements, take measurements, and recommend curtain/blind solutions.
Understand both aesthetic and functional needs to suggest appropriate designs, fabrics, and systems.
Consultative Selling
Advise clients on available window treatment options, including
motorized systems
,
fabric choices
, and
track mechanisms
.
Deliver impactful product presentations and nurture trust through solution-oriented consultation.
Quotation & Sales Management
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Follow up with clients to secure final approvals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Track order progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
Market Awareness
Stay informed on the latest trends in interior design, fabrics, and automation in window treatments.
Provide feedback to management regarding market developments and client preferences.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2-5 years of successful sales experience in
curtains, blinds, interior fit-out
, or related sectors.
License:
Valid
UAE driving license
is required.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
curtain/blind systems
, fabric types, installation methods, and design principles.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to
