Key Responsibilities:Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the
residential, commercial, and hospitality
sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
Conduct
on-site consultations
to assess client needs, take accurate measurements, and understand functional and aesthetic requirements.
Offer expert advice on curtain and blind systems, styles, fabrics, and automation options.
Consultative Selling
Deliver tailored window treatment solutions, focusing on
design compatibility, function, and client budget
.
Present product options clearly and convincingly to support customer decision-making.
Quotation & Sales Management
Prepare
detailed quotations
, follow up on proposals, and manage negotiations to secure project approval and close sales.
Project Coordination
Work closely with internal
design, procurement, and installation
teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Track order progress and proactively resolve any issues on-site to meet client expectations.
Market Awareness
Stay informed about
interior design trends
, new window treatment technologies, and competitor offerings.
Share insights with management to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2-5 years of sales experience in
curtains, blinds, interior fit-out
, or related sectors.
License:
Valid
UAE driving license
(mandatory).
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with
manual and motorized systems
, fabric types, tracking options, and installation techniques.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to
present solutions, negotiate effectively
, and consistently close deals.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication in
English
; knowledge of
Arabic
