Job Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic and experienced

Sales Executive

specializing in

curtains, blinds, and window treatments

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

interior furnishing sales

, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to

generate leads, conduct site visits, and close sales deals

with residential and commercial clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for

curtains, blinds, and window covering solutions

. Conduct site visits to measure, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products. Prepare and deliver customized

quotations, proposals, and presentations

to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, materials, fabric types, automation systems, and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and manage strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, and end clients. Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of experience

in

curtains, blinds, or interior furnishing sales

in the UAE or GCC region. Strong technical understanding of

manual and motorized window treatment systems

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage the full sales cycle independently. UAE driving license is

preferred

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
