Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Sales Executive
to join our
Curtains & Blinds Division
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the fit-out, architectural interiors, or home furnishing industries, and must possess a valid UAE driving license. This role requires a consultative selling approach, involving direct client engagement, site assessments, and project coordination to deliver customized window treatment solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Client Engagement:
Conduct site visits to understand client needs, take accurate measurements, and recommend appropriate curtain and blind solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Provide expert advice on fabrics, designs, and window treatment systems to best suit the client's style and functional requirements.
Proposal Management:
Prepare detailed quotations, lead pricing negotiations, and work diligently to secure sales closures.
Project Execution:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation.
Market Intelligence:
Keep abreast of the latest trends in window treatments, interior design, and competitive offerings within the fit-out and furnishings market.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within curtains, blinds, fit-out, or architectural interiors.
License:
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of curtain and blind systems, fabric types, and interior design solutions.
Sales Ability:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Professionalism:
Well-presented, highly client-focused, and capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
