We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards and Personal Loans. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets through field and/or tele-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for Credit Cards and Personal Loans
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation clearly to customers
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and tele-calling
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure accurate completion of application forms and KYC documents
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and disbursement
Maintain MIS and sales reports as required
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
Ability to work in the field and handle pressure.

Requirements
Age:
20 to 35 years.
Experience:
Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Other:
UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
Clear credit history.
Experience in Auto Loan sales is preferable.
